The collection of any volunteered data is for internal, informational purposes only and will be stored and used for case-specific details only. The extent of personal data collected is at the discretion of the user, mainly consisting of name, email address, contact and employment information.

Visitors cannot create accounts, post comments, or upload media on our website, so we do not collect public data in these ways. 

When you donate or make a payment through one of the links on our website, we collect your name, email address, contact preferences, donation/payment amounts, and date of donation/payment. 

Our payment processing partners are responsible for collecting and securely maintaining financial information related to your donation. GenGenies does not keep any banking or debit/credit card information internally. If you have made a donation or payment through our website links, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.  

This website is hosted and maintained by GoDaddy.com. When users access the site, technical data is automatically collected and documented there. Examples of such information include IP address, connection source, browser and device details, operating system, language preference, URLs accessed, device name, and/or geolocation data. Accordingly, technical data may be managed in accordance with GoDaddy.com's data storage policies.

GenGenies' services, solicitations, and data collection forms are not directed to children under the age of 13. If our website is accessed, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or the parent/guardian of such a minor and consent to the use of our website.
